The Wisdom Borne of Silence | Ajahn Brahm | 1 Jan 2016

As this talk was given on the first day of the new year 2016 (happened to be a Friday) we have kept the recording just as it was live streamed ie. leaving in the guided meditation before the talk so you might start the year with a bit of meditation. This recording gives viewers who have never been to Dhammaloka of what it's like on Friday nights - it always starts with thirty minutes of meditation.
By the way there was a loud in the hall at 1:33:00 due to a water bottle exploding, but it did not shake the wisdom borne of silence at all. :)

Love you Bhanti. I know what you mean about outsourcing. Lots of things not reported on the last president. For example, he is considered to be the biggest deporter of all time, got rid of habeous (sp?) corpus, black prison population exploded, went from 2 wars to 9, didn't stand by Standing Rock, flint still has dirty water - so he is far from perfect. I think you can outsource a better candidate. But I know what you mean. The image is decent. That aside, not to get into politics here, because that never goes over well in a comment section, I will say I hope that outsourcing will be considered in the future! You are full of good ideas!
