You da man! Seriously, your way of making the dharma come to life in such an easily accessible way is a true gift to us all. Thank you, most deeply and honourably. This video from years ago is helping me today in 2024 get through a hellish time in my life. And many of your other videos. May you be well, may you be happy and free from suffering for always. From a fellow Cambridge NatSci turned Buddhist ❤x

Thank you very much. This meditation helps me relax and be at peace after work. It seems as though from a very tight body and busy mind, I go to a restful place with body relaxed and mind at peace. Thank you Ajahn Brahm. You inspire me. And all the other monks who help us find peace inside.❤️
