Cloudview thank you for ringing in the New Year 2021 with our idol playing great drums forever. Just think for one moment when you think you have heard most of what Buddy did there is still another time when he pulled out all the stops again and again and played something totally different. And that is another trait of Buddy you never knew what he just mite come up with, Something like this is always a treat. thank you

Beautiful! I've seen Buddy do things like this that were sooooo cool, even though (for Buddy) understated. Meanwhile, he'd often give the people in the first few rows this totally satisfied look, that to me, meant "Yeah, it's tragically-hip...Suffer!" :)

Never knew this existed! A throwback to the Wayne Pedziawatr days with a signature Dave (RIP) take on it. For some killer Dave Carpenter playing, check out the Scott Henderson tune “Dolemite” on YT, and any playing Dave did with the brilliant pianist Bill Cunliffe.

Yes to everything you said!

Cunliffe was truly a genius pianist and chart writer and Carpenter shines on this recording. Anyways I still think Barry Kiener was still the most gifted pianist Buddy had. What a talent he had, just beautiful playing skills.
