I had a Rockford T2 in my Tacoma back in the day. For such a small truck and actually a big enclosure that MF pounded. I killed a BD 1000.1 at 1/2 ohm with that. It was great for the short time it lasted. Upgraded the amp later.

With exception to the driver seat, that is a super clean ride for a 20 plus year old truck. Nice daily driver; nothing budget about it. That kid's got nicer stuff than some of the SPL builds you've demo'd JV. Enjoy all your vids, and watch them daily!

I'm not sure if u can call this system a budget unless ur budget is about $600. Those m6s are great quality subs and the premier amp is great also. I think less than 400 is a budget system. I love Memphis audio. Never had the mojos.

the electric blueberry 2 yeah sealed up the Tacoma’s are ass; my two Skar 10s on 1500w in a 6th order blowthrough did low 140s at 27hz with one door open (cheap ass ivx series subs and zero bracing)

Have the same sub. It’s definitely not a budget sub. I got the sub for $300 and that was a deal bc I know the guy, otherwise it would’ve been over $400 just for the sub. I bought a JL JX5001/D amp and that was 300. Plus the box. It’s close to an $800 system for sure definitely not a budget

This is why i don't enroll in bass comps. My ears take enough trying to tune my 6.5" tweeters at 100% volume with no lows. Set the Front speakers at 35hz crossover they're not hitting. Meanwhile my sub is crossed at 250hz and sounds better bass with a coulpe songs than the tweters. $1800 later i decided to build a box for the tweeters and couldn't cut straight. Im done with this bs
