Sick helmet man. Whenever you decide to get into ballistic helmets I'd suggest buying a surplus ACH and doing a HighCut or FAST super high cut modification to it . Basically getting you a slightly heavier OPS Core FAST SF/MT helmet for 1/8th the cost.

Thank you for the advice man I’ll definitely look into it! I’ve seen a couple dudes do it just not sure how hard cutting the lid would be. If anything I know there’s people that chop em and I can throw rails on it myself🤙🏻

I got a "Lancer Tactical" Amazon special to have something to put my new PVS-14 on, and to my surprise, my mount fits in my helmet shroud with zero play. Has really nice lockup. I've got the same suspension system as yours. Seems pretty darn good so far.

I’ve been super impressed with mine recently as well! The comfortability and quality honestly took me by surprise. I’m glad to hear you like your setup. Here soon I’ll get a g24 mount and see how my NVG mount holds up!

@@Hot_Brass_Media I don't have any experience with a legit g24, but the Argus LWNVM is incredibly similar, and is only $150 from Nocturnal Tendencies. I've heard from people who own both, the Argus is actually a little tighter and nicer. I'm of the opinion the g24 is extremely overpriced for what it is.

One minute into the video had to hit the pause button. For riding my Mustang horse I chose a bunk helmet from Hard Head Veterans. it had superior protection over any horse riding helmet and I looked 10 times cooler. Seven weeks ago my horse bucked me and the bump helmet saved my life according to the ER doctor helmet has crack and nothing more than a concussion in my head. I contacted them to thank them and they have a battle scars warranty and ship me a new helmet for free.

Don't waste your money. You can get a LongFri IIIA helmet from Botach for $200. There's a bunch of reviews of that particular helmet right here on youtube.

Thank you I appreciate it brotha! They work great man and I’ve had zero issues. I do wanna get some gels cups just because I’ve hear they work wonders with comfort. I wear my lid hours on end and don’t notice any issues tho so I’m happy with what I’ve found. I definitely recommend them.

Thank you for the love man I truly appreciate it! They kick ass surprisingly, I have had 0 issues and they’re comfortable with plenty of clamping power to seal outside noises. For 50.00 bucks or whatever it was it’s definitely worth it and I like them more than the normal arc rail adapters🤙🏻

@@Hot_Brass_Media new as well myself , I got a ballistic helmet already and I just ordered the lancer for a light weight option , have the peltor mounts with my walkers on the kevlar , maybe get a set of these for the bump

My helmet stand is just an old hat rack off Amazon! For my plates they just rest over an old Bose sub I had for surround sound. I threw a cover over the sub to make it look a little better. I was thinking about building an actual gear rack but this setup works for now!

Fake ballistics helments seem stupid to me unless you are a kid playing airsoft wars.

A bump helmet is not a fake ballistic helmet lol. Bumps have their own purpose and many people use them. Just because it’s not ballistic doesn’t mean it’s for airsoft. Look into it a little more you’ll see a lot more people choose a bump over ballistic for many reasons.

Because realistically a ballistic helmet isn’t stopping nothing but shrapnel and pistol rounds. Most ballistic rated helmets are 3A armor.
