Those who want a "cream" type product thats super lightweight is the sheamoisture miracle styler. Its so lightweight almost feels like water or a spray leave in when emulsified. And they have different sizes and drugstore. Also herbal essences mousse is a really good cheap styler for volume!

Oh I haven't seen this Shea Moisture product before. But yes, that mousse is a great option too.

I'm really surprised you used the Cantu styler. It is a super heavy product for fine hair. I personally have fine, super curly, medium density 3b,3c hair and I can't use this product 😢. I wish I could because it is super creamy and moisturizing. I normally go for lightweight spray leave in, hair milk and a lightweight gel like the aussie volume gel.

Yeah it's too heavy but it's something I get asked about all the time and Cantu sent me a bunch of their products so I figured I'd try it out like this.

@HolisticEnchilada I see. It's definitely a great way to get rid of products. And of course you won't know if your hair likes it until you try it. 😉 I really enjoy watching fine, curly gals like myself. Most curly channels I come across have thick curly hair. Which sometimes can be difficult to relate.

I noticed that Cantu also has an avocado and a grape seed curl activator. Do you know if they're all the same in terms of performance? If yes, they're too heavy for my fine hair. I stopped bleaching my hair and am finding it harder to find products that do not weigh down my hair now that it's healthier so I'll probably have to go back to basics. I saw some of the lightweight products you shared in another video so I'll give that a try.

I haven't tried that one so I can't say. But I'm guessing most of their products are too heavy for my hair type based on the ingredients.
