I like this type of video, good and very useful content. Direct comparison with a distinct choice of what you prefer more and why, without any "both are great with their own strengths and weaknesses". From other reviews it's already obvious that both are a good bang for the buck, but at the end of the day - most ppl will only want to get one of them and gotta make a choice. Good stuff 👍

YES! volume matching is essential when comparing and if the two sets have different kind of sound signatures, you need to find the frequency to match that makes the most sense. Sometimes I use 500 Hz and somethimes 1 kHz depending on the iems.

I'm fairly new to the world of IEMs and there are a lot of reviews that make pretty much all IEMs seem very good etc. In contrast your reviews feel a lot more tangible to me and the Inawaken honestly sound like they could be right for me. A lot of the music I listen to is bass guitar and guitar heavy. Love the references to go off from even though I am not too familiar with hip hop. Also love the high tech carbon visualization :D. As an aside I am currently searching for a set of iem's purely to listen to podcasts, must be $30 or below and if non-detachable cable then needs to be usb c as primarily for use with phone , will be thrown in my coat pocket frequently reason must be low in price. Have multiple sets but non that quite hit the mark and so I was hoping you could suggest something in current wave of releases that may fit the bill.

Klean was a clever move from Kefine. Reduced costs in areas that didn't ruin the rest of the IEM, by using a 2 piece shell rather than CNC used on the Delci. Sounds about as good as it too, if not better. Inawaken was quite the surprise, especially being a brand most people never heard of. Imo, Dawn looks nicer as well

Whichever IEM reproduces bass in a better, clearer and more natural way gets my vote. And the fact that Dawn's driver is purple and seated inside a clear shell is a huge plus :) p.s. loving the new graphics haha 😆
