I’m making brunch for a large family tomorrow and I was second guessing myself that sheet pan eggs could be done. But you’ve showed me it’s possible and you’ve probably saved me an hour of my time where I would have been making individual portions one at a time. Thank you.

thank you for mentioning the spray and parchment paper at the beginning. saw another video and they didn’t even mention/do it and conveniently left out the part where they remove eggs from pan. great video

I wanted to double check some good instruction on sheet pan eggs to make up a big batch of sausage, egg and cheese english muffins for the freezer. I really appreciate some chef advice without a lot of fuss but also with good tips on the use of parchment paper. No stick and who I ask you does not love easy cleanup?!

Yeah, you really need the parchment in there.

Hello, it's me from the future. Eggs have become a commodity only the wealthy can afford. 2 eggs are worth more than most make in a week. My neighbor mortgaged his house for 24 eggs. The cartels have changed from drugs to running underground chicken coops. This is our world now. Relax kids, it's a joke.
