K24 for sure, there’s a bunch of bseries content between your cousins car and the homies. Plus that torque will definitely help coming out of corners

💪Elbow Grease & Penny Pinching, 2 of my favourite car mods. Hot water and Vinegar (10:1 5:1 if bad) works awesome on interior plastics and rubbers and then rub coconut oil on them if they’re are dried out.

Cool loco, taking your car to the track is the best fun you will have. I take mine and it’s a blast. Apart from power also look at the tyres you will race on cause they can really help keep your times down. All the best.

Keep the heater/blower. Removing it only saves a little weight & space. Keeping the heater/blower gives you a way to control your engine temps during a race and/or in dead stop traffic. Secondary benefits would be staying warm, drying out, and defrosting the windshield.

Good idea hanging the carpet up. You could see the brown dirt running out of it. I think it will male a great car for the track. Do a k series. You can get a easy 400/500 out of a k. With a turbo. Especially if you use a pro speed turbo. I think its a gtx35. Except the change it to ball bearing. But you build how you want to its your car. What do you feel is best for whay you want. If you do track your going to want to have some nice brakes. But can add them as youbgo.

Bro if you do Time Attack, you will get hooked and possibly never drag race again. So much more fun and you actually get to learn how to handle your car and the capabilities of it. I did some SCCA back in the day's in and it was hella fun, never got to do time attack as the road course was getting built like forever then they closed the track down (ENGLISHTOWN RACEWAY PARK). Garage Built Hondas is a channel you want to check out as he has a couple of Crx's doing time attack and gives good pointer's. I'm all in for this built. Good Luck

I know u dnt want to use the k20 but that would be the best bet for a road course/time attack it lighter then k24 so better chassis balancing less torque so ur front end won’t want to understeer going in and out of corners and they and they love to rev out

Road race car is a cool build but don't hack it all up Static. I'd leave the HVAC stuff under the dash so it can be a backup daily. Plus when you are done with it you can sell it to anyone not just someone that wants a track car. K swap is my opinion but hey it's your car. You do you!
@johnegvtec49104 жыл бұрын
K24 swap it, good racecoils(to fine tune front and rear), under need rubbers and shit al freshout, good 16 inch rims, good breaks! lightweight+ + raceseat harnass etc, keep it all.motor for time attack love too see this build!
