Love black and white!! I haven’t shopped for a while for this house. I’m getting a house ready to sell in Michigan ( I’m in Texas ), and have been spending a lot of time, money and elbow grease trying to prepare it for market. I’m using some of my decor from this house up there, so will be needing some new things for here later. Can’t wait to shop again for the house I live in most of the time. Since I started watching your channel, I’ve gotten so much inspiration! I found the lamps that you have in your hallway, at a Michigan Home Goods, they are in my living room here, love them!! Even tho black and white combo might not be some people’s vibe. The pieces that you do have that we might like can be changed as far as color. Or to crest a similar look for less with our color schemes. I love a lot of your decor pieces. A few of the marble Ross fins we have alike lol. Looks good thank you. Oh and I’m thinking about in the fall adding black into my space for fall along with neutrals. My home is currently still under construction new build so ready for it to be done.

It's very well put together, and very taste specific. I am the warm tone type with a less is more attitude in my designs. But I get that you like taste specific original. You must be living in your boyfriend's house, since you mentioned a couple times he "let" you do certain things. Men didn't use to really care about that stuff, but I guess times are different. But great job! 👍🏿

Everyone has their own taste and style, thats why I tell everyone to decorate in their own unique taste and style. Its OUR house and we respect each other. So I respect his wishes for certain things and does the same for me, ours is a mutual relationship and our house, reflects both of our taste toward modern decor. Thanks for watching.

Like my girlfriend said, it's OUR house. We make decisions as a couple, and what she meant by me letting her is she won't use something out of respect for my opinion and vice versa. I'm not a fan of the gold and brass, as she said but she usually wins after styling it. You would be surprised at the men who are being more in tune with home decor and like having interiors they can be proud of. Hope that helps with your assumptions.
