What I really liked about this was that it wasn’t like over the top as far as prep. A lot of this “easy” and affordable videos still have so much prep or a ton of ingredients or just expensive ingredients. This looks completely doable and quick. Great video!

lmfao All accents are. Anyone can have any voice they want with practice, your environment only affects you subconsciously. Also, anyone can change their accent at any time, like actors. If she is *consciously* using brain power to sound like that on purpose, that's even more creative. From a linguist's perspective at least lol.

try checking out local markets, as well as international stores! For instance I get most of my produce and almond milk/creamer from H Mart because its wayyyyyyyy cheaper!!!

Thing is, it's actually cheaper to eat healthy. You will find you're satisfied sooner with healthy food so portions are smaller. Also, think of all the money you save by being and not getting sick.

@@micahhdti I still do quite often, but I use quick oats now and protein powder. Maybe try using a little fewer oats or more milk so they bake softer.

Your costings are not quite right, but the principles of this are wonderful and thanks for posting it. I've lost two stone doing portion control and an intermittent fasting routine, but want to change what I do, so have been spending hours looking for something new to do and I am going to try our your programs, although I have horrendous knees (can't do running, hopping, skipping, jumping or twisting - it's agony for me). You are the FIRST and ONLY person online who has shown ALL the exercises in low-impact versions, so I now feel liberated to try the workouts too. Thanks so much for this. All my best.

I tried the lunch salad. I didn't have all the ingredients and I added some Cajun seasoning to it, and it was awseome. You don't have to have the exact vegetables and it still works

Yes! I’ve learned that some people will put certain foods in the freezer (what’s applicable) and instead of heading to go McDonald’s or whatever they’ll just grab the meal from the freezer

Wooww that looks so good! I am cutting some ingredients in the salad to make it even cheaper. But the chicken is soooo good. I can't wait to try it! For breakfast i always eat oatmeal with (almond) milk whey powder, cinnamon and frozen blueberries and raspberrys, that's cheap aswell! :)

Made that chicken today. I'm not on a budget so I tweaked the recipe. Added shallots. Used yellow onion, smoked paprika, n 4 chopped fresh vine-ripe tomatoes instead. Splash of chicken broth, splash of dry white wine, partially covered after browning. Served with pearled lemon/garlic couscous, steamed broc/carrots/sugarsnap peas/ginger. Will def make this again and again.

I alternate between two meals all week. It helps keep me interested. I also only eat twice a day 400 calorie meals because I have lots to lose but it's working I'm down 8 pounds in 2 weeks so I'll take it

These are great recipes! Thanks for providing! One suggestion: can you be a little more concise with the ingredients list and instructions? I watched the videos and screencapped the descriptions for grocery lists, but when I got back from the store, I realized that, for instance, there was no canned tomatoes or broccoli listed in the ingredients list so I couldn’t complete the full recipe. Would you be able to be more thorough in the description next time? Great video! Thumbs up :)
