i got one a i will return it. why? The keys need a lot of force to press and the point at which the input is registered is very low, at the stop point. However, the resistance and the clicking noise are noticeable from the first millimeter. sometimes if the key is not fully pressed, the signal is lost and you basically let go of the key even though you feel like you are pressing the key. Further, it is quite loud and annoying over time. I can recommend it for writing texts, but not for gaming.

I purchase that keyboard last year, i really liked it until one of the keycap broke. Since it's a 2 year warranty, i contacted Razer to get a replacement keycap. First they told me its a cosmetic problem and it's not covered, Second, they have no replacement keycaps.

@@conveyorofrandomnessyes sure, i have no problem using it plug and Play, but it‘s so shit to buy razer stuff and their adverstised synapse doesn‘t work. On my search for help I found some very new comments who have the same problem but no Solution. I tried reinstalling, plug different usb spots and searching for firmware but razer doesn‘t offer firmware vor the V3 X.

I just bought a blackwidow v4 x , makes too much noise , i need a membrane keyboard , what you think about steelseries apex 3 , or the cygosa v2 ? Im done with mechanical keyboards.

CAUTION. Bought this keyboard and its useless for gaming if you are using WASD and CAPS. CAPS will not work if you hold W+A, W+S, W+E etc ... apparently it has to do something with W key with combination to some other keys that break CAPS lock. Now you might say its not a problem, but if you use WASD + CAPS this might be a huge problem for you. Also Razor support is virtually DEAD.

It depends what level you are playing to, the casual gamer, yes, but setting can be fine tuned within the games to tailor to the keyboard you have (i.e. sensitivity etc)
