I love how many people are slagging this off and getting angry but you can't deny the reaction from the crowd. This is a popular look because it costs very little and it does turn heads, in Europe powerful cars are very expensive so this is alternative way for kids with no money to get noticed, its just a bit of fun plus if you have a minor accident or someone vandalises your car it just adds to the look.
