Everybody covers this device from the angle of running a single remote on set monitor on a single camera shoot. My interest is a multi camera shoot, with 4 wireless cameras plugged into an ATEM Mini delivering switching and a live feed to the internet (Facebook and KZbin in my case), taking interactive questions from the online audience. So the latency issues for me also include audio sync considering my wireless mics will likely bypass the Accsoon and go straight into an audio mixer, then routed to the ATEM Mini. BTW - downstream of the ATEM Mini, I plan to have an Epiphan Pearl Mini encoder linked via a bonded cell modem to the internet. This is all a completely different scenario than providing a confidence monitor for a client, but a very realistic application of this technology to engage online audiences in a live event covered by multiple cameras.

I have the standard CineEye, which is absolutely killer for under $200. The latency hasn't bothered me (yet), and the biggest downside would be that it only runs on 2.4GHz WiFi (which is very saturated with signals from everywhere... though I've tested it downtown in a major city, with no issues). But it's hard to even get a good monitor alone for that price, and the ability to give the DP, director, AND client monitors for under 200? That's crazy. Highly recommend.

What a guy! I could really use this for a fundraiser that I am going to do for a non-profit group. It is being held at a pool, and the camera will be at one end while I will be at the other end. I don't relish the amount of cables I would need, much less repeaters. Nice review of a great product. As for the live stream, your grandchildren will love it when you show it to them...

Wow, totally expected Gene to keep the 2s Pro. I've been using the original budget CineEyes for a few years now, and love the thing. All though my very first one died with in a week of opening it, but B&H replaced it with zero issues, and replacement is still going strong. My only issue with it is it can only be externally powered by USB type C if the internal battery dies, and it's difficult to lock down a USB type C cable to ensure it doesn't accidentally get pulled. I really love that the new one has an NPF mount, but can't justify buying one when my old one still works as well as it does.

A good use for the Accsoon would be for a solo shooter who is in front of the camera. With a wireless focus pull and a monitor, they have the ultimate little set up. The days of "hunting" auto focus are over!

Gday guys...Thanks for the video. Enjoy the channel but, just something that I personally find hard to watch. When you're in front of the camera speaking to your audience you spend a lot of time looking at your image on the flip out monitor off to the side of the lens. This is most noticeable up closer to the camera vlog style. Your conversation is with us at the other end of the lens. Anyway, thanks for the content.

Yo, I LOVE the Accsoon!! I bought this when the 1st came out (the Cien eye s2 Pro that is) this Sh#$ is legit!!! I was monitoring on the boardwalk (Coney Island) while the operator was INSIDE the wonder wheele (at the top!) Love these. the .08 latency is decent, I can' pull focus on it, but I would LOVE zero latency (without paying for a Teradek)

If you have a sony a7slll or something like you don't need a puller than tha latency will be just fine and you can use it for other things in the production.
