Something that helped us with the doggos, I stated keep a flat sheet on top of the comforter and it’s helped so much. I can wash it independently or switch it out easily. It’s not perfect, but stretches the time between washes on the comforter.

I did hear an appliance repairman say that appliances are not being made to last for very long anymore, so buy the ones with the least bells and whistles, you'll save money in the long run. Love your Vlogs, I am a retired 55-year-old looking for a 2nd home to purchase in the Florida Panhandle so far, I have looked at fixer uppers and I have seen a few homes I really like. I am planning to go up and see a few of the properties am excited about that. like you I have saved money over the years and have invested, and I don't have any debt. I have a rental condo in plantation, Florida which I plan on selling in the fall, I have a beautiful Townhouse near Nova University in Davie FL. I am not sure if I should sell it or rent it yet. I have time to think about it. Like you, I do keep track of every penny I spend. Love watching your videos, I have Friends that live in Spicewood, TX Love it there. Keep up the great work you're doing hard work always pays off.

We have gotten that error on our washer and searched on YT for a fix. It was like just completing turning it off and hitting a certain button, was easy and free.

Hey! I’m trying to start an income driven blog and podcast about Christian faith as an extra stream of income. The start up costs are starting to add up and I was wondering what you’d recommend: should I pay the start up fees on my own and keep track of them and wait until my online business has had some income before getting a LLC and maybe a small business loan later? OR! Should I apply for the LLC now and use that to apply for a business loan now to keep track separately? A business loan kind of scares me but my heart wants to be all in on this and grow it massively… advice?!
