I personally love the look of a lot of headroom. I’m usually not a fan of human subjects in shots, but the headroom gives a sense of dread even during happy times. So I’m a fan.

I believe that the headroom on top of the photos (#ceilingporn) is not the camera's fault but rather you teasing your new photographic style to us and testing the waters by blaming it on the camera :-P Hope to see more of it.
