I have a 06 ulysses. It is by far the funnest bike I have ever had. Not to mention one of the most reliable.

I’m a Buell guy myself and I love doing the Quabbin reservoir run!!! Awesome video my dude!! I’m right in Sturbridge, so it’s an epic ride

I bought my '09 XT with 08 miles on it. D&D muffler with EBR matched for muffler. 49 mpg! OK for dirt roads but 1st gear too tall for much else. Plenty of power for me

I love my XB lighting and want to pick up an adventure bike. Just remembered the Ulysses!! This video confirms how bad I feared it would be on technical stuff. (I still want one)

What do you mean technical stuff?
@eliinthewolverinestate67294 ай бұрын
I was wondering how the auxiliary lights were mounted on the Buell.

This is badass! I want one of these now.

Thanks man! Definitely not the ideal use for this bike, but it CAN do it if you want it to. They are a ton of fun. Like a 2 wheeled hot rod tractor!

Awesome! Man, I miss my 06 Uly!

Nice! Looks fun! I honestly wouldn’t take mine out there in that type of riding situations. But it’s good to see that it can with your setup. I got mine set up for street only. And either your camera has a very good microphone or your fan is just extra loud? At least it works!!! Love my Buells. I started letting some go just recently. Just the ones that I have extras of. Kinda reluctant to let anymore of my S1’s go. Good stuff man!!!

The Uly can be a Handful, just needed a lower first gear and a 19'' front tire. Still have my Uly but bought a KLX fro the dirt rides.

interesting combo! Obviously it works! I am going to try the Pirelli MT60RS on the front, and probably a TKC70 on the rear. Do you remember your first ride on your Ulysses? Mine feels like the steering head bearings are too tight, and maybe the brake is dragging a bit and slightly pulling to the right...no impact damage,, maybe it's just me...lol
@ronwoudenberg22948 жыл бұрын
are you sure the forks are not bent on that Uly...the front brake dragging wouldn't cause it to pull to one side like a car does. it shouldn't feel tight so you may need to check those steering head bearings.
@danielwhite47763 жыл бұрын
Mine does not feel like that. TKC 70 will probably be my next rear tire…

Muito bom , aqui no Brasil temos algumas Buell , mais são poucos que fazem isso , forte abraço.

just made a deal on a Ulysses today. What tires are you running?
@danielwhite47768 жыл бұрын
+MRmotrhead congrats! I'm sure you will love it. I am running a shinko 244 up front and a car snow tire out back.

Sorry it was a general Altimax Arctic in 205/50/17 iirc. Has since been replaced with a TKC 80

Is that an engine cooling fan whizzing on and off?
@danielwhite47763 жыл бұрын
Yes it is! Kind of annoying, but with the engine sandwiched in between the frame rails it needs it at lower speeds.
