Enjoy like a king this rich chick | king chicken

White sauce, roasted peppers, mushrooms and chicken pieces... This is how to prepare a good king-style chicken!
Ingredients
4 chicken breast halves, cleaned
1 pore in pieces
1 stalk of celery in pieces
1 carrot in pieces
6 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons plain flour
2 cups of evaporated milk
250 grams of mushrooms in halves
1/2 cup of white wine
2 roasted bell peppers, peeled and in strips
300 grams of milk cream
salt, pepper and grated nutmeg
preparation
Cook the chicken in a pot covered with water, with the leeks, carrots, celery, salt and pepper, for 30 minutes. Reserve two cups of broth and cut the chicken into pieces.
Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat and brown the flour. Add by stirring the milk and broth. Strain the white sauce.
Separately, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pot and brown the mushrooms. Pour in the wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate. Add the white sauce, the chicken, the pepper and the milk cream. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add and heat until thick.
Serve the chicken a la king with rice.
