A delicious chicken recipe for a special occasion!
Ingredients
5 chicken thighs, or the piece of your choice
2 tablespoons of oil
4 tablespoons butter
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup sweet wine
1 cup chicken broth
250 grams of mushrooms in halves
160 grams of milk cream
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Season the pieces with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and brown the dams on both sides. Remove them and add two tablespoons of butter to the pot. Add the onion and sauté for five minutes. Pour in the wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Reincorporate the dams and pour the broth. Cook covered over low heat for 30 minutes.
Separately, in a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms with the remaining butter.
Add the sautéed mushrooms to the pot and add the heavy cream. Mix until integrated, check the seasoning and let the mixture thicken slightly.
Accompany with white rice and a vegetable garnish.
