As a Bills fan, I don’t think I’ve heard anyone say Mahomes is an MVP candidate lol Only ones I think are serious contenders currently are Lamar, Josh, Goff, and Derrick Henry

I think Mahomes being in MVP convo is more projection than anything …that’s what happens when you have 3 super bowls.. you get the benefit of the doubt

I agree. Same thing with Aaron Rodgers. Guy has seven interceptions and is 2-5 and everyone is still talking about how great he is. I can't justify calling Mahomes overrated, but he is being kept in games by his defense at the moment. Doesn't mean they can't win a Super Bowl, just that they are beatable, provided some team gets over the mental block it takes to do it. If the Bills want to win the Super Bowl, it relies on the Bills being the 1 seed. Sean McDermott is undefeated off of the bye week, and that first place bye is critical. Hell, if the Bills hadn't had to go through the Steelers, which made the exhausted, banged up Bills defense even more banged up, there is no way the Bills lose to Kansas City. This year, make Kansas City have to go through Baltimore and Pittsburg, and let's get them at home in the AFC championship game. Everybody eating at home with a less banged up defense and a suspect KC offense is Buffalo's best chance to finally get back to the big game. This could be the year- and if it isn't, let's just resign cooper, trade up for a first round WR, and use every other pick on the defense. Buffalo's window has never been more open!

Well, we all know that the "leader of the band" clamoring for Josh's benching most certainly would be hater NIck WRONG -- the Mahomes slobbering sycophant that always goes out of his way to minimize Josh Allen's accomplishments and VALUE. (Not to mention outright trashing Josh at every opportunity he has if #17 has a less than stellar game and/or has turnovers.) Nick WRONG must react this way because, deep-down inside, he RECOGNIZES just how talented Josh is and what a "threat" he is to the aura of Mahomes, so he takes pot shots at Josh at every opportunity. It truly must gall Wright that -- knock on wood -- J.A. hasn't thrown an INT yet this season (even though it's bound to happen). Just think how many Super Bowl rings the Bills would have with Josh as QB if we had a preeminent head coach like offensive mastermind Andy Reid (and that's NOT intended to disrespect McDermott).

I love how rosy the Broncos and Eagles losses from last year seem in hindsight. Sure we should've won both of those games but both teams absolutely fell apart after playing us, while we ran the table. As far as I'm concerned, they both can keep those wins lol

I’m a bit confused about this MVP conversation. It was always explained to me that the MVP award is a regular season award and should go to a player who is undoubtedly the reason for a team’s success. That is why before the season started and even through week 3, Josh Allen was the clear MVP if he makes this work after losing so many key players. Now Lamar Jackson is atop the MVP conversation but it’s ALWAYS followed up with “now that he has Derek Henry he is able to” . So how does that make him MVP over Josh Allen that has no 250LB running back to scare opposing teams? It’s still early in the season and we need to see how it goes but, maybe I can get some clarification. Even Goff whom I think is incredible but he also has TON of weapons and two elite backs. Last year what would take Purdy out of the MVP conversation is the fact that his success was predicated on the talent surrounding him.

Miami's problem is that they need to be at least 3 games above .500 before December hits. Once the cold weather hits, they are going to weaken significantly as they have over the last 3/4 seasons. They barely snuck into the playoffs last year after starting 9-3, the Dolphins are not built to improve down the stretch

KC was winning it all with or without Hop.. they have the HC Defense & Refs carrying them to get it done plus the league ie mediocre rn, i know everyone simps LamarRB but hes not an elite passing Quarterback, he's mediocre & is absolute 🗑 in the playoffs, Baltimores defense carries them & they're not that good this year so... Buff has the QB but not the HC or Defense for it.. Houston is ok but not on KCs level.. Goff Allen Stafford Herbert Burrow Rodgers are the passers that can beat KC if they had the right teams around them

@@jcZo23 They were ranked 6th in offense last year. Lamar went 13-3 and only 3 of those teams were under 0.500. Josh went 11-6 and played 9 teams under 0.500. The reason the stats (td) were low is because Gud Edwards had 12 tds with less than 3 yds. 7 of those were from 1 yd. Josh had a strong case last year, but he faced worse competition, had a lot of turnovers and had a record of 11-6.

Defense was great last year and played well against KC's mediocre offense in that game, but Lamar couldn't even put up 20. Allen put up 24 the game before missing Gabe and like 6-7 other starters and/or key backups.
