Allen hits Hollins on that deep route, we wouldn't be talking about this. And they are seeing nothing but single high coverage. They HAVE to hit those deep balls against that coverage

They don't have the guys on the outside to do that. That is the issue. Teams are now willing to leave those guys on an island because they arent feared ( Hollins/MVS) and just congest the middle of the field hindering the run and short passing game.

Chris and Steve basically admitted yesterday that winning in the regular season is enough -- and should be enough -- for Bills fans. Both vociferously protested against the idea of firing McDermott, holding firm to the argument that McD is "the winningest coach in Buffalo Bills history." In other words, be satisfied with what you have Bills fans (and Josh Allen).

Allen has been running for his life the last 2 weeks... yea the pass blocking is more than a tiny issue .... Mr. Brown!!! Also some of it is schematics cause I watched a play where mack Hollins was supposed to run a deep route (who can't get separation as it is) and was lined up on the line of scrimmage. Well he is not gna get of the bump and run from one of the best CBs in stingley

Schematics seemed almost entirely the issue. I would also lay some blame on the sheer number of absent impact players that game, but also on Josh for having one of his relatively few and far between bad games. Which I think at this point he's likely earned the right to. That said, great scheming was going to make this team excellent, ....and now we're all just looking around for decent scheming, or passable, at least. Like not having free runners at your QB out of shotgun by having a RB available as an escape outlet, or even maybe an additional pass-pro helper, lol. Anyway, of course they will blitz wide every time possible if they notice you have no contingency plans in place (ie. empty backfields, very quick reads, etc). At least maybe call some well-executed screens when the defense is really seeming to pour through your protection (a sign they are trending toward aggressive) and either punish them with chunk gains, or force them to dial it down again. Lol. I'll be happy with even the small victories at this point. Let's see some fairly functional, mostly sound, somewhat vanilla, and repetitively dull, move-the-chains style football that we all detest except for when it's winning our team games consistently and by healthy margins again baby! Lol

I am definitely a fan that is very critical of the coaching staff…. But I do not blame the coaching staff for this game…. I totally put the blame on Josh Allen come on! nine of 30??? Are you kidding me?… your were horrible in reading the defense. You are horrible and delivering the ball….. stop reading the newspapers to say that you were the front runner for the MVP… stay away from all that talk….. What’s it with the scrambling to the right side every single play?…. After three seconds off you go…. you have no pocket ability in maneuvering. It has now become so so predictable. So easy for the defense that covers that where is your imagination Alan? Look at Patrick Mahomes, scrambling ability. Step left step right is out back forward 360 scrambles right scrambles left…. He understand how to maneuver in the pocket… that’s what makes them great… he can also read the defense better than anyone. He’s also much more accurate… the everyone eats concept in the bills offense is not built for Josh..He’s not a good reader of defenses.

Slowick would be a disaster lol the Texans offense is very poorly designed they just have elite talent to overcome it. Don’t think Josh would excel in a timing based offense anyways. Bills just need a legit deep threat on the outside who can beat man coverage and Josh needs to be properly coached on how to improve his deep ball - he can’t just chuck line drives downfield, the trajectory of the ball results in it either being an overthrow or being in range for the trailing defender to make a play on the ball like on that seam route to Kincaid

At the end of the day they've been going backwards since 2020 & McDermott will not take Allen to a Bowl, so the question is how many more years do they wanna waste Allen with a defensive minded HC who doesn't prioritize the offense with draft picks & $.. It's unacceptable that Allen has a bottom 5 wR room & ZERO 1st rd WRs or OLineman drafted in his now 8th year in the league

He's done it before and our playoff run. He cannot. Win any game that has high pressure.He just can't handle it and i'm sorry to say that

He's won tons of high pressure games and has played his best in the most important games. In the postseason he has the best touchdown to interception ratio in nfl history including mahomes and Brady. It's the defense that let's us down.
