Materials We Used:
(All materials are in inches)
1/4 x 12 x 19 steel plate ( the base of the Land Mine Press)
12 x 2 I.D. (inside diameter) pipe - schedule 40 or equivalent (the barbell end fits inside this pipe
3 x 1 I.D. pipe - schedule 40*
3 1/4 x 1 I.D. pipe - schedule 40*
4 x 2 1/4 x 2 - 12 gauge channel
2 3/4 x 2 3/4 12 gauge plate
2-4 x 1 1/2 Flat Iron
1/4 Round Stock or larger ( U-Bolt will work)
2-5 x 1/2 Bolts
8-1/2 washers
2-1/2 Nuts
*The 3 and 3 1/4 Pipe can have smaller I.D. we used what we could find which would eliminate the process of welding the washers onto the pipe to reduce its thickness to allow for the 1/2 bolts.

Duke is the man... I have always enjoyed building my own gym equipment. There is just something to be said when you've made it yourself. I remember making my first 4x4 - 4 post powerbench 20 years ago for bench competitions. It was basically a mini version of the cage you guys built but cut down and shortened so that we were able to put 1/2 inch pipe as safety stops at different heights and attached the bench to the cage at 17.75 inches from the floor. Still is an awesome bench. Keep up the great work guys.

you can throw one of these together in like an hour with some scrap 1" plywood and wood screws or (or 2x6 and 2x4) ... I just made one for our outdoor gym here in afghanistan last month. I was going to build the pivots but ended up using part of a scrapped machinegun mount that worked perfectly.

I created a landmine press by putting a cushion up against the wall so the barbell doesn't do any damage. It's simple, but it works.

Hey Buff Dudes! I really enjoy your videos. They have helped me when I work out. At this time in my life I don't have time to go to the gym, so I was wondering if you could do some videos of how to workout while I'm working at work. If it is lifting totes or boxes, chopping wood, or loading a truck with heavy logs. Stuff like that. I try to have good form with whatever I do, but with some things it is super hard to do and I end up hurting something. Could you do something like lifting something from the ground up (like boxes). With a bar it is up off the ground a little, but boxes aren't. Also, I don't have a lot of weights and didn't know if you guys could show how to workout with stuff at home without building any equipment? Thanks for your time making videos to help people like me to know how to workout and to workout right.

You would need to use a smaller plate to do the t bar rows. Cause if you use like a 45 pound plate. You won't be able to go all the way full range of motion.
