I feel like Hudson is stronger in short bursts but Brandon has better endurance. Like with the frying pan Hudson bent it immidieatly but ran out of juice pretty fast. Brandon took a while before I saw any bending but he maintained it for long enough that it gave. Maybe y'all could do a video about twitch muscle fibers or something

@soulflake43252 жыл бұрын
Brandon started bending the middle because he pressed it against his hip so much. He got leverage over the middle so he could bend the whole bottom. Hudson started fully bending the sides without any bend over the bottom side, reducing his leverage. Pans are the same, just different color.
@kenna362 жыл бұрын
Although, Brandon may have more endurance as you said, that does not mean that he has a higher concentration of slow twitch muscle fibers compared to Hudson. Twitch muscle fiber composition is determined by the muscle being used rather than the user of the muscle and only varies by intangible amounts from person to person. Although, what is more possible that happened is that Hudson was using a higher velocity and therefore garner more force immediately. On the other hand, Brandon was not using as much velocity but he was able to eventually complete the feat of strength because muscles are able to create the most amount of strength when they have no velocity at all. At optimal length and no velocity, Brandon would be able to input his maximum force. Or at least this is my take but I am a little rusty on such info so if anyone has any other ideas, feel free to add.

Old schoolers sure had some unique ways to getting stronger, given that they had no fancy gyms to workout in. I heard of one guy who build his leg strength by carrying his brother up and down a flight of stairs everyday. A Russian named Alexander Zass fought in the First World War, got taken prisoner by the Germans. He escaped by attempting to bend open the bars to his cell. He would try and pry the bars open everyday until finally they bent and he escaped. He would then go on to join the circus after the war as a strongman, displaying insane feats of strength. And then there're those who used heavy labor to build their strength. Louis Cyr would build that insane farmer's strength by working on his family farm during the summer months. Then he would work as lumberer during the cold winter months, becoming insanely strong. I think he still holds the record on the crucifix.
