Very good that you guys put up failed lifts as well. As a powerlifter I fail a lot of lifts, always trying to push harder. Obviously you can program properly and reduce the amount of fails but the nerves can get you and your system may be more tired then you feel. It's a good representation to people to know that failing a lift isn't a massive crisis, it's a necessary part of the journey to be a better you.
@JakobPapirov3 жыл бұрын
I completely agree. Without failing you can't really improve in anything. Of course if you fail a lift that's way out of your league of feasibility and break your back, well that's obviously not the type of failure we are talking about here.
@youretotallyrightbut4633 жыл бұрын
If you fail a lot of lifts you should work on your programming man
@youretotallyrightbut4633 жыл бұрын
@DarkRising47 tell that to any successful powerlifter lmao...you have absolutely zero understanding of programming then. If you’re failing lifts regularly. your programming is bad. “Requires you to do more than you can so your body is always at the limit” is so unbelievably off. If your body is always at the limit. You’re far from optimal lmao. The maximum recoverable volumes and intensities are not the most optimal. And beyond that (ie “more than you can”) is by definition negatively impacting progress
@youretotallyrightbut4633 жыл бұрын
@DarkRising47 well then that explains why you have no understanding yourself. And he obviously isn’t doing a good job getting feedback and an understanding of your performance if you’re constantly failing lifts....care to name this so called professional?
