Buff Dudes Rock! Im 36 year old, I work 2 jobs and have an 11 month old little girl, I always said I am way too busy to get into shape and I looked in the mirror and didn't like what I saw, then I came across Buff Dudes, I have been binge watching your videos for awhile now, and with the awesome content, the videos, the tips and the recipes, I am now hitting the gym and eating better and I am well on my way to becoming a buff dude, thanks guys...keep it up 💪

Great job, Hudson! I will miss the live workouts obviously, but safety and a well deserved break for you guys are wholly understandable. My participation has been halted due to being stuck in the hospital due to Covid-related issues; here's hoping to my break and recovery not lasting too long. Keep up the motivation!

I Didn't realise how out of shape I am till I tried this only managed 6 situps and could barely do the crunches as my belly was getting in the way :( and had to do most of the easy versions.
