@@MateoLeon-ne9dm South Plains, follow the river just about as South as it goes before it ends down into the salt water pond and simply turn East and walk into the little forest next to the river and you are there. If you move around and up above it further to the East you can get a much better look over it, has some nice trees you can jump from around it and a little.. "cave" down inside it where quite a few people like to nest their Gallies and such since its somewhat safe from large carnivores, not entirely but its a hassle to get in there for those that cant jump. Pretty sure South Plains is one of the Galli migration zones which is why you might see a few of them there if there are any on the server at all.

Those were some nice ambushes. Does anyone know how you can zoom in on the landing spot like that? Do you have to just mouse scroll until you're in first person or is there a button that let's you do it? I'm new to Herrera mechanics.

The zooming is only in editing so people can see better when watching from a smaller screen. At 9:10 is what it looks like in game

There's a bug with the enlarged meniscus mutation but this video is 6 months old and before that herrera used to crash at any height

I know you can kill pteros from the air so I don't see why it wouldn't work for pteras as well. Ofc it's gonna be harder to hit and pteras are almost non-existent right now.

dang, how can you encounter so many of them? I always walk around for hours without finding anyone.

I can think of a few reasons 1. This was on a server that has 150-160 players 2. I was in a migration zone 3. When playing herrera if you get one kill, it's almost guaranteed that someone will come by and take the bait 4. All of this happened in the span of a few hours in two play sessions. Obviously only the best parts made it in the video 5. I was lucky, normally I don't see this many players
