Another collab I did with ‪@MilaDoesStuff‬, with ‪@deadofreddo‬ being the one who made the cute chompy animation at the end! This is the first time I've ever made a medley like this, and honestly it's been quite fun! Well, apart from the pain of transcribing some of the notes...

Yeah, it was pretty easy to see that this game suffers from balance issues just like the first Paper Mario games (and some other RPGs). If anything, that was my main gripe with the game; it can get *too* easy after a while. Of course, there are always those "Menu Codes" to change up the game's difficulty. The only game that is *almost* closed to balanced would be Chrono Trigger.

​@@carolekelly2688 You got a valid point, but I shall use your own counterargument against you. Beemerang mic instead of beemerang guitar. Either works tho, so ig let's call it a draw? Edit: actually hold up. Vi is all about multi-hit attacks, and when you think of multiple hits, you think of speed, right? So therefore, a microphone would work better since it'd be smaller, and lighter, plus, she could easily add microphones to the beemerang on both sides to balance out the weight while still being functional. Meanwhile, a guitar wouldn't work with just the beemerang, it'd of course need an attached shaft for the strings. Edit 2: edit 1 gave me an idea. Harp beemerang.

⁠@@itzNiioh I…. didn’t think that far into it, I just thought the wordplay would be funny (and thematicly appropriate , because the body of a boomerang guitar actually looks like a boomerang so it could be painted brown like her beemerang) but I do admire the amount of thought you put into this. Also I wasn’t considering she use it in battle (If that is what you meant, probably wasn’t now that I read it a second time but too late I guess) and that actually makes me wonder…. what would leif and kabbu be doing then? I feel like leif would just be conjuring ice in rhythm with him playing his keyboard. And also, I feel like it would be funny if kabbu was just wielding his guitar like a mace and absolutely *_DEMOLISHING_* enemies by uppercuting them into……. whatever the bug equivalent of heaven is. Edit: Also harp beemerang is cool but doesn’t feel rebellious enough for her in my opinion, but we’ll get there!

@@carolekelly2688 yeah, but i still think the idea from edit one, the beemerang mic could also work, assuming that you have heads on each end as to balance the weight, while the harp is just a "What if?" Idea.

@@Her_Imperious_Condescension I never played paper mario games, but i watched some of gameplay, and really liked it, when i played bug fables it was really similar to paper mario and i thnked game will be mostly about pressing buttons at right time and using a loot of items to survive boss fights, but i was soo wrong, soundtrack is literally different part of game, and various missions outside of main story, world lore, events that happening in it, it all makes game soo giant and unique! i played for around 20 hours and still only completed chapter 3, probably beacuse i just exploring every single location when half of them useless without skills we will get later...

I like how each instrument fits each character Vi: Mic since she would probably be good at singing and is the only girl on the team Kabbu: He a hard hitter, Edgy, and tanky so a guitar fits perfectly! Leif: Kinda chill (Haha funny ice joke) but also pretty fun to be around so it only makes sense he would be a piano Chompy: He be boppin, I see no other explanation

It's on PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PS4 for an average of just $25. It is indeed a nice game, easily my favorite RPG with a lot of replayability (i.e. refighting bosses). Of course, one could easily argue and say that Chrono Trigger was better than it.

Ice rain was never effective for me against team maki, so i just made kabbu have defense SO high that all damage against him was zero, while leif had miracle matter. I just frozen drilled them until they were all defeated :]
