You need to eat better than the food you bought. Canned food is full of sodium, you are young now, but you form your arteries now, in your 20's. Packaged, and frozen food is the way to go. I am sure you know this. I thought I knew everything in my 20's.

Cheers for this, been searching for "wilderness bug out" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Janameron Tenylan System - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my brother in law got excellent results with it.

Oh dude, My husband and I are 22 and live on our sailboat, sailing the world (pretty similar to van life). Right now we are in southern California on land painting the boat as well as doing some other projects. The Corona virus effected us in a few ways but the two biggest issues for us are that some of our parts from Europe are delayed in shipping and the boatyard closed which means when we are ready to splash... they may not be here! In addition we have been hit with a solid week of rain which has made work difficult. We are managing, but man oh man when it rains it POURS! We are remaining positive, distracting ourselves with good videos (like yours) and hey, at least this chaos will make a good blog/vlog post for us! Sheesh! Cheers and fair winds!

I had a cavalier attitude in the beginning also, because I'm in good health and the virus wouldn't really do anything to me. But like you stated, it goes beyond us I could pass it to someone who's not in good health and could really put them in jeopardy. So it's good to take precautions, but to panic and clear out the supermarkets and drugstores is simply silly.

First time seeing your channel. Nice BOV ! Potatoes, Onions, Garlic, Carrots, Celery, Ginger, Avocados are good to have because they last long. Frozen berries is the way to go for fruit, plus Tang powder to maintain vitamin C. You gotta wear a mask during COVID-19.

It saddens me that all the younger people dont seem to realise that the only people that are probably praying for all of us and that are most probably the only reason the planet has not fallen into a big black hole already is because of all the "old folks" praying. Good Video, the virus is not age specific it is based on the individuals current health. Individuals with compromised systems are a high target. With that said perfectly healthy individuals can get sick from the virus. It is a case by case situation.

pretty much all roads are public and need tremendous work to upkeep even for just a year not to mention anyone can use them or set up para military military checkpoints..... the only true bug out van is a Russian sherp with a sherp trailer so u can go through the forests in remote regions
