@@zytaxrr4192 i wasn’t aware of any of the spyders lap records as when i looked up track performances for the car. i could only find engine specs. i’m only aware of one track record for the divo which was i think around the Nardo handling circuit. and even then the info available is “8 seconds faster than the chiron.” but what your saying does make sense. bugattis are very heavy cars and have huge engines. they got the power, and i think it’s fair to say the divo even has the downforce. but they’re just too heavy to be able to go around a track as fast. while it is probably slower than a 918 around a track. i do believe bugatti is capable of producing a car that can compete with it on a track. and vice versa. only difference is bugatti would probably have to get rid of that massive engine and use something a little more lightweight. but porsche on the other hand could keep their v8 even if they wanted a top speed car.

Tbh this comparison is trash They are both Completely different cars with different purposes The 918 is a track car (but also a kinda close to Medium Hypercar).
