What Mate Rimac has achieved with his company is, I think unprecedented in the automotive industry. It feels like he's already such a legend yet his time is barely even started. I could watch and hear him talk about his company, the employees, all the processes and I would be entertained for hours. He knows all the little bits a pieces around there and takes utmost care of his workers. Not even just for the automotive sector, I think every company needs and deserves a leader and a boss like him, we'd see exponential progress absolutely everywhere.

I truly feel like Mate wants other automotive manufacturers and other businesses alike to see all of this and improve their facilities and overall quality. This is one of the most inspiring videos I have ever seen. Mate is clearly uncompromising in his quest for the quintessential automotive design and production but his vision for making this the best place to work is next level brilliance. They are working on growing their own food (free to employees), and providing a veterinarian for your dog. This just blows me away. Thank you for capturing this with an eye toward an uncompromising video experience. The way you showed us how he recaptures 80% of the energy from the dyno by feeding it back into the electrical grid is truly amazing. With this video we have seen the future and it is reassuring someone has the vision to take the automotive world in a sensible direction with a keen eye trained on solving problems as they arise. You are right; the unseen subassemblies are functional art, the intersection of form and function. Truly impressive. A final 4 minutes on the test track might have been nice but I’m happier to hear he is thinking about how to manage his resources in a way that benefits his employees. 100 years ago we had auto visionaries. Good to see they are making a comeback.

Mate is as excited about his production process as he is about his cars, maybe even more. He knows how it all works and all of the improvements they are making. It’s all captured in that exceptional brain of his. I also get the impression that his team building skills and team problem solving skills are a big part of his success. He seems so passionate about what he’s doing, but also very humble considering his achievements are like only a few people on the planet. One of the incredible things about KZbin is the way you can be a part of things like this. It is like you are there yourself, walking along with them, but not saying anything. I’ve had the opportunity of watching other incredible builders talk about their passions like Christian von Koenigsegg, Gordon Murray, Horacio Pagani, Mike Patey (Airplanes), Alexey Mikhaylov (Explorer Yachts) and of course, Elon Musk. Before the internet, these were people you might hear about or you might see their picture in the paper or magazines and that’s about it. Now you get to experience them in a way that’s the next best thing to meeting them yourself.

Such a great video! The energy between you and Maté and how proud he is of what he has just makes it so easy to watch for an hour. Looking forward to the tour of the Campus whenever that happens. Top top content here

Very cool video! I remember years and years ago I saw Mate’s green electric e30 when he still worked in his small garage! Already back then it was impressive and now it’s just mind blowing!

"Designed, engineered AND manufactured in Croatia" This label alone means A LOT. Good for Rimac and the Croatian economy, if I'd be Croatian I'd be proud of entrepreneurs like him.

Why am I proud of rimac 🤔 I'm so glad that it's going so well. This has come through unimaginable blood sweat and tears, worries, stress. I'd be proud to be a part of that company, perhaps in another life I'd go over and be a part of it. Well done Mate, you deserve every drop of your success.

Well many years ago I saw a video (I think around 2013) and I was shocked how amazing Mate and Rimac company is. I just finished uni and working in my own/family business and was thinking about applying since I live in Hungary and it seemed like fun. I thought I'm pretty successful with my business but watching this video makes me even more amazed how great these people are. This guy is only 35 years old. WTF....

I've seen lot of Rimac factory tours by now but looks like Mate saved the best one for you Misha 🙃 Excellent video, didn't feel long at all, everything is so interesting 👌 It was funny to hear that one of those cars is for Triple F Collection, I hope someone will point them to this video 😁 Well, what can one say about Mate, it is still hard to believe that someone from my country achieved this 🤯

Wow! Awesome tour of an epic facility, thanks for the video! Mate Rimac, what a legend. He was a little out of breath after going up the stairs though (CEO life), you're going to have to get him on an exercise program. 😉

How the hell does a car manufacturer manage to make almost every part themselves? This is very impressive

Very excellent video Misha. I did rather enjoy all the video shots of people filming you while they were being filmed. It was li,like, filming the filmed who was also being filmed and that guy was being filmed as well. Amusing. This was pretty cool and glad he was so willing to show everything. Like that is pride in his work. I will probably ever get a ride in a Bugatti, Rimac or any other vehicle he will make, but it was pretty cool to see the process.
