Mmm substance. I like this descriptive word which is his basically. He comes from a humble very beginning and he is observant and I think a shy and introvert personality. He always reflects on his life's journey. Thus he is able to speak with substance, which, unfortunately the person with a highest position lent to him by the citizens of the Philippines, has none at all because considering that he was born with silverspoon on his mouth, he is also bangag 😆 🤣 😅😅😅😅😅.
