Thank you ! Did you say “amphipod” when calling the “really big shrimp-like” copepods ? I see some VERY guys out at night lately in my tank. Like cockroaches actually.... They interfere with some of my acans and frogspawn corals. Any advice for me ?

mybeachshack yes! They are most likely amphipods! They are great organisms for your reef aquarium!
