I'm hoping this is the only problem to my 2017 Regal. I'll have to check after work.

This video is a lifesaver! I have been having the issue of a wet trunk for years now! I’m going to check my drain lines to see if this does the trick!

I just looked and my 2011 CXL doesn't have a hose going to that drain plug. The plug is capped with a red cap. Is this only on certain models?

Whenever it rains really bad, my tunk opens and lets even more water in! Could this be related to the drain line you showed here?

2013 Lacrosse drain hose not connected to outlet hose. Right side trunk, remove access panel, remove 2 upholstery pins, pull liner back and poof there it was. Used Gorilla Glue, slid tubes together, and DONE.
