Raising your hands on blocks, books ,chairs or even 2 swings in a park gets your chest jacked!. Just remember to give the kid back there swing haha

@murraymcgregor7829 one hand on each swing. So as you push yourself up they come together. I did ladders with a 40 pound backpack This gave me a spartan warrior chest in 8 weeks.

Great video! Been working a pushup routine recently and this will bring it up a notch. How often would you do these? Right now I'm doing upper body Monday, Wednesday, Friday and lower Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Does that sound about right? The link for your Project Shred is busted BTW.

I bought your anti inflammation diet plan and I've felt noticeably better for a few weeks. I wake up and I'm wide awake instead of groggy. I tried eating a bowl of cereal and I felt like ish right away. Avoiding inflammation and eating whole foods is great.
