Build a HEP for Fine Motor Coordination!

Fine motor coordination/dexterity is an important skill that we use in every day life to do the activities that we need and want to do. It is almost always impacted in an upper extremity injury!
So here are some ideas for how you can recommend incorporating fine motor coordination practice into an HEP for your patients.
