Greetings. Enjoyed your tape. Hope you don’t mind my mentioning that I may be one of Bikram’s longest practicing American students. In 1970 I went to his apartment in Tokyo for private lessons. Attended a few classes in Beverly Hills. Still practice his tape once a week (only the floor postures).
