thank you for this. I will work hard to find heaven within. I get harassed constantly for sharing my testimony, but God has carried me this far and I know he will continue to. I’m trying to balance everything on my own, but Lord JESUS I need your help because I’m failing miserably providing for my sons as a single mother. Both my boys are special needs. I’m so overwhelmed trying to support them. I’m constantly struggling to make ends meet, to pay my bills, and to put food on the table. I’m ashamed and I’m mocked because of my situation. Jesus guide me and give me strength.💕🙏🏾💕

You don't even have to work hard to find heaven within because it is not a doing which is of the mind. My love you are the heaven within. It is who you are at your very core. All you have to do is be. Be, do, then have. You are the soul who weilds the mind as a tool ❤. You are the heaven. Then the doing you need to do and the care for your special needs boys fall into place better than before.

Don't mind what people say. Focus on your objectives. As far as finances go, do you qualify for government assistance? You don't need to answer. Something to consider. Again, focus on yourself and your children. Don't burden your energy with ignorant people. Leave them be. I think it's praiseworthy that you are so conscientious about providing for your children. Let your love radiate in your home. Everything will work out in its own time. ❤

@ Whatever works for each of us. I prefer happy cause this is how it feels to me since childhood. Once you find the feeling you like, your job is to focus on it and protect it from sadness or suffering like it's something very vulnerable like a child. If some discomfort comes back, you just let it pass by like your thoughts in meditation. You don't let anything or anyone ruin it. Even your own words and actions can affect your state of "content, present", so you tell and do only good things to yourself and others. 🙂

If the essence of who we are is manifest here in the form of consciousness bc we're embodied, the it's just a representation or facsimile of consciousness that'll we'll experience differently when no longer embodied? Put differently, when our physical forms die, will the consciousness we always were be experienced differently (than we did while embodied) by the One or whatever? Will feel itself as the One again?

I don't think you will answer me Eckart but being in France, I cannot come to your conference. I know I am life. I knew before you told us. I can have access, modestly, to my awareness. Yet, I'm only surrendered by people who aren't aware of anything. I'm not sad because of the narrative of my life. I'm happy alone, sitting on a bench, hearing the birds, reading you or Sylvain Tesson. Yet, in my relationships, I cannot express this life in me, I cannot create, love or radiate life because people don't understand me or life. They impose arbitrary, egotistic decisions on the relation and nothing can move forward, be at peace or radiate. I know I misinterprete something, I cannot see or be something I suppose, to attract these manifestations, but what? When I'm on my own, centered on my energies, I'm perfectly stable. But I don't seem to be able to share this with anyone close to my heart. Why do I get the feeling that they mess it up when they are busy building "their life", reaching their objectives, etc... ? Thank you. You do set me back on tracks regularly while I tend to be caught in a flow of mishappenings 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have been through this, but I learnt that we are only responsible for our own actions, we cannot change the path of the other. I have never been so Present as I am now, yet my professional life is really hard, my employees are giving me a hard time. My wife is passing through a difficult moment. But even with all this mess if I wasn't present things would be driving me nuts and I could not help others the way I'm helping. So be Present, don't let the ego of the others activate yours. If you can be Present alone you can be Present with others.

@@luismoref Hey, this is precisely what I realized. I've been fully centered on myself for 7 years. The Univers didn't let anyone really interact with me deeply. I learned how to be present, so that when I read The Present Moment, I saw that I had been aware, illuminated for several years without knowing. Now, the big issue is indeed to learn/ practice to still be present with others, knowing that they are not. I think I must never forget the security felt/ developped in the connection to nature, wood, gems, animals... Thks for reminding me Luis. I chose to go right through a cloud and it was just like going through the fog we see down here. Air is all around us. I guess what I am feeling is that the sky is not just up there. The air/sky begins on the ground and you can feel it. Having trouble separating the two right now.

All these come from Stoicism philosophy. With all respect to Eckhart, Stoicism is way user friendly. Meditation is meant to teach you protect your inner state of peace and happiness which we bring with us at the moment of birth. Just recall your peace&happiness, always stay in it and let nobody to ruin it again.

It doesn‘t actually „come“ from Stoicism, but most of the religions and philosophies have the same core. Their forms are different, but the last reality, that they point to, is always the same. So Eckart‘s teachings, the religions and some philosophies have the same (one) source, no matter how different they seem to be in their external form oder expression.
