Everytime I open a package I have to save it.. lol. I usually end up using it. I have been looking for corrugated paper but cannot find it and I know I can use cardboard but it's difficult to scrape,cut away top layer to get to it. I guess I'll have to get some aluminum sheets from hobby lobby and make some grooves and make my own

This right here is Necromunda to me. Thank you for this spectacular piece. I love the caotic nature of buildings and walkways that give this "grown over time" astetic. I spent the last month building something very similar but got stuck in some weird kind of decision paralysis. This just really inspired me to finally finsh my build. I built my own underhive kill team board last month and I can confirm about the gorilla glue caulk. Its so dope. Also thank you for the inspiration. I wouldnt had even thought about building any game terrain but your Fortress Monastery video and Tau station video really opened up my imagination on what to look for at dollar stores and the result is a rusty disgusting and awesome game board. I got some corrugated paper not too long ago, so I've been meaning to build some shanty town style terrain. This video was quite helpful in that regard. I especially like the bold use of colors. Even in the grim darkness of the far future, people love color.

The granny grating, once you trimmed it down reminds me of the plastic 'baskets' that you used to get strawberries in at the grocery store . . . Other than the waterfall, everything you demonstrated is essentially modular and could be broken down and reconfigured for different games (and storage if height is an issue)

I think this might be my favorite build of yours. I particularly like the "verticality" of the build. It really sells the "hive" aspect of the piece. I may need to replicate this, but orkified for my planned "mek town" table, inspired by the descriptions in the old GorkaMorka game. Awesome piece, and great work as usual.

Love your work, and this one is especially good! I've seen many people make effort to cover up the spiral, but if it's a big metal pipe.. that's how they make them. A long piece of metal at a diagonal in a big helix, welded together along its edge, that makes the spiral pattern.

hey eric i do alot of moulding and casting (professional modelmaker in the uk), when you pour your resins pour from higher, the thiner strings as it pours will stretch out the bubbles man!

Wow, this is one wicked awesome piece of terrain! At first it didn't look all that tall, only a foot you said, but by the time you were done it would dominates any table. I don't play any tabletop games and yet this makes me want to build one of my own! 😲 Now that is some serious skills! It only needs some graffiti/gang tags and it would be utter perfection. Pro Tip: Take pics of where you put masking or chipping fluid so you don't have to try and remember where you put it. In Canada those stairs are $23 ! Also, they are advertised as 3' long but the reviews say you only get one foot. The plastic tubing for the pipes and diamond plate also comes up as not available. Nice work though!

For stairs it might be worth giving some laser-cut MDF kits a try! Probably a lot better for your sanity than scratch-built stairs 😊

I'm almost done with this Stanty Town build myself. It was a lot of fun to make ALL EXCEPT for the STAIRS!!! They were awful. I'll keep looking for a DIY to make the stairs. Tried the junk stores and online. No steps. Thanks for the AWSOME build Eric.
