Great video and definitely something I might emulate for my next year leading a school war gaming club. I would have loved a jump scare too. So used to Nuke top ten.

I was gonna follow this tutorial for some fast and cheap terrain but we don't have any racoons here in Europe so I can't finish it! Can we non-americans maybe use a squirrel instead?

Honestly your army looks amazing and it's making me think of.my first company for my homebrew. They're a black armored division so, maybe I'll choose red. Maybe turquoise and honor Horus himself. Who knows!

8:15 ahhh yes, the moment when your nicely planned terrain time devolves into a Space Hulk session, hate it when it happens to me too 😆

I like to use textured spray paint from the hardware store. Makes the cardboard look a lot more like stone or old concrete.

Only ever watched you build stuff. Had no idea you were such a good painter! I just did an ork battleagon in a cadian camo scheme using rattlecans and silly putty for masking. I can’t believe how good it came out. I thought for sure I would botch it somehow but it might be my magnum opus so far. It’s emboldened me to try some big HQs like Ghaz or a greater demon, or maybe pick up a knight.

I regret to say i hadn’t heard of any controversy surrounding the brand when i took the deal. I get so many emails that are just straight up scammers pretending to represent brands that when i got an email from an agent i had worked with before with a company I had heard advertised by tons of creators i like hundreds of times, i didn’t do any further research. Learning lesson

I will always say that Middle-Earth is better than every other game, but I ADORE Necromunda. It is probably a close second. It is important to point out what Ne(w)cromunda suffers from: - Gang Tactics Cards, but can be solved by making them an underdog-only bonus or just making it something both players have to agree to use each game - Lack of true Underdog mechanics (giant killer credits and underdog xp gain) built into the campaign designs, which can be solved by stealing a page from the old rules - an excess of supplements, but at least you can just stick to the books you want to use - similar to role-playing games - easy to break the game, but can be solved with the right group of folks If you can solve the above issues with group conversations, a couple house-rules, etc then Necromunda truly unlocks for me. I would easily play Necromunda every day. The scratch-building, conversions, story-telling, etc is so rich for this game and is one of the last remaining games of its kind from GW.

I met a traveller from an antique land Who said: Two vast and trunkless legs of stone Stand in the desart.[d] Near them, on the sand, Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown, And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command, Tell that its sculptor well those passions read Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things, The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed: And on the pedestal these words appear: "My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings: Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!" No thing beside remains. Round the decay Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare The lone and level sands stretch far away.

I would like to add on the topic of MK6 being called “Corvus” is because the Raven Guard were the first legion to battle with MK6 armor during the heresy. Which is one of the reason many Raven Guard members stick with a Corvus Armor helmets

Feel free to ping me should you need anything... Even if you then look at it, decide the execution is horrific and make your own version of it. ;)

Man… I was crazy for 54mm Inquisitor. I wonder if inquisitor would have thrived today with plastic models and scenery. I have like forty something models all painted many of them kitbashed using metal models and parts and it was a nightmare. There was no youtube and 3d printing at the time. Great video, great time capsule 👍🏻
