It would be as good as Openai's LLM would be in that specific language. But it will be able to respond in most languages.

Not sure, there are options with voiceflow (including agentive) but not familiar with Chatling. If they have API steps it should be possible.

Relevance is just for the tool in this specific setup. The agent is inside Agentive. You can also set it up with make.com and relevance as I show in my personal assistant video.

Not in Agentive directly but yes it's possible, there would be a few extra steps necessary. The easiest route would be: 1. Get a message template approved in meta business. 2. Set up a trigger with the WhatsApp module in make.com to send message. 3. When lead responds the agent is triggered. I will consider doing a video on it.

To for example, have the agentive agent deployed and ready to recognise intent, analyse sentiment etc, then pass the details and task to the relevance agent, who then uses their own accessible tools, and passes the outputs back to agentive

Hi! This is an interesting one yes, and I haven't found a straightforward way yet. I think multi-agent systems on social channels can be very interesting. I think I have found a workaround and will post when I find the right setup.

Hey Jose. Good Question, it depends a little on the use-case. My go-to for customer interaction-facing agents (like chatbots) is Agentive because of the easy deployment on social channels. Relevance is in IMO better for solutions in internal business automation (ex: Content creation agents, sales automation agents), the UI & interface is great for these type of solutions (like human approval steps & more advanced agent configurations). Also you can work with Multi-Agent systems in Relevance to automate more complex processes.

Yes, with Voiceflow you can use a platform called flowbridge, you will need to set up the official WhatsApp business API first and then connect your Voiceflow & WhatsApp to flowbridge.

I think there is a bug with Agentive atm, I think they are aware of it. In the meantime, I have found a workaround through voiceflow & flowbridge but it does require you to set up an official WhatsApp API.

Not necessary, you can set one up in Agentive without Relevance. However, if you would like the agent to be able to use softwares or perform actions in the background you would need to add a relevance tool.

Hi, no, no cost or limit unless you are going to initiate conversations (which requires a different setup).

For some reason, step 5, “Get LinkedIn Company Profile” built-in functionality outputs “null”, affecting the overall “Qualify contact & update CRM” tool to fail. Funny thing is that when I just got a copy of the template (“Qualify contact & update CRM”) it worked perfectly the first day !! … but suddenly, next day, just stopped working due to the malfunction of the previously mentioned function (“Get LinkedIn Company Profile”) I created a completely new tool with just 1 step, just to test the “Get LinkedIn Company Profile” built-in tool, but it doesn’t work (outputs “null”, in every case) Have you experience that before ?, any tips will be appreciated. Thanks again for all the value you provide. PS Do you know if RelevanceAI have a troubleshoot or documentation where I could head to?
