Great videos! I'm making a webinar that is mean to help them dismantle their societal views, in order to form their own. Although I do this with many different topics in my coaching, for the webinar I will do it on relationships. The title I have for it is: Discovering your Authentic Self: Questioning and Unlearning Societal Constructs within Relationships The goal is self-awareness on the topic and then a worksheet and checklist for what to do with the information they learn about themselves in the webinar.

I have a offshore outsourcing company where we take in contract work as well as hire dedicated employees for clients, for accounting and IT (product development, data science, crm/erp implementation. The lead magnet I’m thinking I can offer is - data security measures checklist when working with contractors/offshore teams. Wes. Great video! I have a large list of emails (thousands)that I send to my affordable housing clients weekly. What type of freebie would you recommend that I place down in the signature area(I like that idea by the way) to get their opt in? I'm usually showing this group properties for sale and I don't want to alienate them with an hokey offer. This group would be the buyers and sellers of affordable housing. I unite them and make deals happen. Like you said , yes I have their email already but I would prefer they opt in before I pitch anything outside of the properties I'm currently showing them.....Thanks

Another great video, but the more I learn, the more I realize how involved this all is. I am attempting to do it on my own. I wish there was someone that really knows all this stuff like you do that I could trust to do it right without charging me a fee that I can't afford. I wish I knew about free landing pages before I paid a company for them and am not happy with their small selection and lack of results. PLEASE make the video on eye catching ads for FB or Google. A newsletter is what you send out, the email list is the list you're building. Try to banish "newsletter" from your website vocabulary though. Nobody wants a newsletter. They want something valuable they can apply right now to help their situation!

That can work, but if you're asking for a CC it tends to still scare ppl off. I'd run a webinar showing ppl how to do what your software helps with, (in a way that shows them how to do it even if they don't buy your software.) Then segue into why your software's a timesaver/gets a better result, etc, and offer the trial THEN. Cheers!

I tried out the suggested live chat you featured on one of your videos a while back, after some before and after speed testing it added a full second to each page, 30% slower. I'm wondering if these pop ups slow down each page as well, have you tried to speed test your site with and without this pop up feature?

Hey Orlando, yes its definitely possible. If you have a developer, see if they can help you so that the page loads first, then the chat loads, so the visitor doesn't experience any delays.

Regarding a strong offer, we currently have a "Get $20 off each your first 2 orders ($40 total)" code that ppl get in exchange for their email. Any thoughts on this? Versus maybe "get 1 free meal with your first 5 meal pack order", or "get free delivery on your first 3 orders", or maybe even a longer term deal, like "get $15 off each of your first 3 orders ($45 total)". Hey Jesse. Has this current discount worked so far? If so, I would suggest to keep it going. If it hasn’t, find a barrier to someone buying your meal delivery service and offer something around this. For example, maybe they want to sample it before they are locked into a bigger purchase. Can you offer a sample at a really low investment or even free?

You can do a waiting list signup, but those never get as much of a response. I'd spend a day to develop a temporary lead magnet you can deliver immediately, then switch to the book when its ready!
