Churchill's quote on Failure drives me daily. "Success is moving from failure to failure without losing momentum!" It shifts your perspective so much and equips you with an invincible will that is an unstoppable force.

Gotta say it Tom, I've been listening to motivational content for years and have learned a great many things along the way, I am on the way to my goals, but your content, and videos like this are the best that I have encountered. It is one thing to get all pumped up and motivated and this video does that, but the information you are sharing is life changing so long as we take it upon ourselves to take action on it. Thank you.

In the Army we say "Embace the Suck" It's great but I prefer the saying "Love the Process" Love the Process because the Pain is in the Process but the Process builds into Progress and through Progress makes the Product. A Product through the Process. Love is key. 80% of our work and time is spent getting to what we want. 20% is maintaining it once we have got there. And if you are only satisfied for that 20%....well what happens if you never make it? An injury? A mental break from a loss? If you don't like the process when you fail, it's likely you won't restart.
