I don't want to sound like a creep, but are your legs genetically gifted or are they like that because you know how to train them? I've never seen anything like them. I'm just asking to see if there's hope for me or if I'm cooked :/

Combination of things. Played explosive sports growing up so legs developed early. Genes for sure play a factor. And yes, consistently training for years. It can take time but keep going. I’ve gotten the best results from full body movements instead of isolating muscle groups

Broke all 3 of my right ankle bones. Have a mess of screws and brace in there. Fighting to get as much flexibility, mobility and strength in the joint and leg.. It helps to know that your history is similar and based on your present - your injury is not apparently or limiting. Excellent motivation for me. Thank you!

Hi Grant. Many thanks for this video. I didn't realise how helpful easy movement of the ankles and feet are until I watched this video and tried it out. Also, your clear, calm explanations and demonstrations are great (just don't put your head trough that ceiling). 😊

If you don’t have 15 minutes to go through this routine, Pick one or two moves that you can remember and do those. Better to do something than nothing at all.

Thank you for this video; I'm going to try incorporating more ankle movements into my week. Do you have any suggestions for knee strengthening exercises, specifically? I've had surgery on both my knees due to sports injuries (acl, mcl, meniscus) and I'm always weary of what to do with them. Thanks!

I had a motorcycle accident almost 12 yrs ago , where i broke 3 muscles in my left ankle . And since that i have a swelling in it . I try not to put pressure on it too much, but when I do, the swelling increases more than usual..
