where did he learn to talk like that? these are the clearest and most comprehensive explanations i have ever come across. plus delivered at a pace i can follow and assimilate as he goes along. so, i can really understand what's going on with my body as i'm learning how to "do the moves" he's demonstrating. so helpful !

This routine is wonderfully deceptive! Short and SO effective. I didn't really tune in to how it effected me until it was finished. The extremely gentle warming of the body, the efficient shift to full body breathing (without belabouring any points or efforts), and - most surprising to me - the functional and thorough awakening of flexibility without extreme postures or even getting onto the floor (which is more difficult for me in my middle age post-injuries).
