They are merells with vibram soles. Discontinued, wore those back in 2013

Can you do a primal workout that works mostly on upper body? Like chest, shoulder, biceps, triceps ecc

Today i found myself doing figure8 using the delts, while walking. Amazing... so the sack into a small bag, open palm and rotate😢. The blood flow and feeling was just great. Thanks for enlighten my into the these creative movements❤

Hmm.. patience as in do the exercises slowly? or patience as in give your body time to adapt to the changes and build the muscle..? or both...? 🤔

Great question! Both. Was referring more so to the timeframe but applying patience with the exercises apply. Going slow is great. Other tempo schemes also work. Important to vary them.
