They sell door anchors for bands. I've been using one for a few exercises. I've also been using one of those door frame pull up bars for some things.

Been watching since our gyms are closed in the UK. Could not find anywhere to hook my bands in the house but luckily I have a small back garden where I was able to put simple cheap screw in hanging basket wall hooks into the wooden fence posts and use them as anchoring points. Also luckily we have a garden swing so it was easy to unhook to seat and use the frame for pull ups and pull downs. Combining your tutorials with what I have, really helped stopped me form going cabin crazy and to keep working on the road to help with health issues such as a bad back. Thanks for keeping it simple and not over complicated.

I have been doing these resistance band exercises for each body part for the past two weeks. I have to say that these have been some of the best workouts I've done. I find the muscle connection is better then when I use weights. I'm never going to underestimate the use of a band again. Brilliant stuff.

Between you and John's videos and combined with time under tension and understanding how bands work, I'm able to do more than maintain. Once the gyms reopen, I'll definitely include some band training to complement the iron. Thx 4 the education! Great channel and thx for giving back to your fans to allow us to grow and improve also! Btw, I was one of those guys who got blood work done when clean and would then start again. Never occured to me until watching u to also do blood work when on.....thx man!

I have a gym at home I’ve been building since 2007, I am blessed to have everything I need ( Smith, leg press, hatch, leg extension, leg curl, scott curl, 3 different benches, inch, flat, decline, every bar imaginable, dumbbells and racks up to 80’s) but for a change I did your ban workouts, great pump, held the contraction, felt good to do something different,...keep up the great info and workouts...love your full day of eating.

I started using bands at the beginning of the year, before the quarantine. I enjoyed the pump so much that I quit the gym. I have a few dumbbells and a curl bar. Between these and my bands and a little calisthenics, I have all I need. Great series.

I'm a 70kg (155 lbs) guy who's been using bands for about 11 months so far. Just wanted to manage expectations. My arms were 31cm (12") when I started. By curling 3 times week, 10 sets of 8-10 reps (to failure), eating plenty of protein and carbs (3500 kCal diet, 175g protein), using a band 2-3 times as wide as he's using and increasing tension over time, gains were minimal. Roughly a third of a millimeter per week. Resistance bands are great for strength, but if you're in for hypertrophy, you'll need to be extremely patient.

You can also do skull crushes standing. Just place the the bands in the same position as the lying version and off you go. You can also do close grip bench press with bands. Keep the videos coming.

Loved the part where you speak about controlling the negatives. I was guilty of that for years until I heard Dorian speak about it, it’s really hard to be mindful of it when you’re gassed but it will change your training forever

Fouad, thanks for this very instructive video on bands. I suppose the question everyone has is it actually possible to increase muscle size using only bands? I think if so will require training to failure on at least one working set and using standard progression with increased resistance/reps/volume.

I bought a resistance band set from homeprogym.com and they are the best! I have actually enjoyed using them and had some great gains. I used a broom stick (i know lol) with the band to do a bench press and it's exactly like a bench press at the gym. I like that I can travel with a whole set of them and exercise on the go when I am travelling.
