I have dragged my 98 eclipse rs around the country and everyone in my family and friends have said to get rid of it. I have refused to do so and its for the simple reason like you said. It brings you back, its a car that keeps giving and quite honestly I don't think I could part with it even if i wanted too. Love ya build and it gives me confidence that the current engine I have started building (420a) will hold to the power I want to put into it. Keep building and do NOT get rid of this thing.... but if you do hit me up lol

Your friends where not wrong. In stock form those 420A motors suck pretty bad but in your defense you couldn't have gone as far as you have with it for less on a 4G63. Having a reliable engine after a complete rebuild with aftermarket performance internals says absolutely nothing against the 420A being trash. Props to you though for sticking it out. The 420A doesn't get enough of that performance rebuild love IMO.

Not sure about your horse power, even with the Hahn kit back in the day you were lucky to get high 400's. But not slamming you in any way. I was hoping for a 420a cause that's what I got and that was my second car I ever bought. I like yours! I love the tall wing. Was it a gs? Did it come with rear disc?
