I put you on 1.5 speed and was amazed at how clearly I could still follow. Even though the concepts you talk about are known to me I think this is very good summarisation of the facts. Good content doc!

Very nice breakdown of progressive overload. I didnt realize that increasing reps and sets also fell under this category. I just kept adding weight in my program. I think i will try reps and sets during my next program. Thanks

Greg Baker yeah there are a lot of ways to progressively overload! Glad this gave you some new ideas

Still wondering about muscle soreness?! If I should worry about It as a sign that I hit the targeted muscle with enough stimulus?!?! It's a concern that holds me back mentally. Until it's answer ill keep wondering about it 🤔

Is there like an excel emplate to track your reps sets and weight for each exercise? Seems like alot to note down and update each session

Abu Mūsa al-Atharī you could make one but I personally don’t since I make changes quite fluidly

Abu Mūsa al-Atharī how long have you been training for?

I know I’m super inquisitive so I apologize. I had to impromptu travel this week and will only have access to a smith machine and dumbbells where I am. My question is my program normally calls for deadlifts and front squats. Can I just pick a hip hinge and squat variation to replace that this week? Will this totally derail my progress since I’m at the beginning of a meso? Unpredictable times

No worries ahha comments help the channel! You can definitely do that and be fine, one off plan week won’t mess things up

If you’re always changing things up chronically I’d say it would be suboptimal for most people tho

@@RyanJCherry fair enough. Being detail-oriented helps a lot in the long run but it's good to know everything doesn't always have to be perfect
