Hey Bro, love your content and workouts. I was wondering, these workouts you put out are you performing them for some time like let’s say a month and then switching it up or do you just change it up whenever?

Hey Sam thank you for your question and great comment, brother Very good question I am generally training very intuitively, so with that being said: I know that I go run 3-4 times per week and I know that I train my full body with my workouts, I rarely do burpee only sessions So as you know, very often times my routines target the full body and my "recovery" after a routine like that would be a run the next day (recovering upper body mostly) And at the moment I train 6 days per week with 1 day off

What does your training look like?

@@SimonTrageserSo initially I started off doing this military routine from Ironwolf: 5x pull ups, 10x push ups, 15 squats, 5x chin ups, and 10x 1 pumps and repeating that for rounds. I stayed with that for about 4 months working my way from 3 times a week to 6 times but then I got inspired by the pure burpees only sessions from many of the people in the burpee community particularly Busy Dad for the 20 minute burpee sessions. However with time I was soon getting bored of just doing pure burpees and noticed my functionality in other movements was lacking. So now I am just like yourself back to doing full body sessions 3-4 times a week but I like incorporating 3x 30 min cycling sessions as well in the week. Im not really training for anything in particular I just really like training and exercise in all forms for itself. During the Summer I like playing basketball and Tennis with my friends and also during University/high school I was into strength training but right now I’m really feeling the full body circuit trainings!

@@SamanA2203 That sounds fantastic brother! Also the fact that you stick to a sport like basketball to practice for fun. I think it is important to keep this playful side of exercise aswell, the one which is just for the joy of oneself. We are very similar with regards to our training in that case

Hi Simon, my brother! This workout shown in your video seems to be a classic and sui generis type of "Around the World", where the whole body is trained. I really like the Navy Seals and Pull-ups combo, the pump in the chest and back is substantial. I will adopt your strategy of putting Dips on the circuit to tear up the muscle haha. Ah, a curiosity I would like to ask: What is your height/weight? you seem like a tall guy. Have a good day.

George brother, thanks for your comment! That is it "around the world" training style. That is how I build up pretty much 90% of my sessions And your are spot on: navy’s and pull ups are the killer in combination haha I am around 1,84m tall and weigh 83 kilos man!
