Hello sir, Thanks for the awesome explanation. after following the steps am able to connect to the rocketchat server, however i can only do this using the server IP address its failing to load on my domain what could be the cause of this?

DNS propagation would have been pending. Check A record of your domain

Sir, the SMTP section has been giving me headache for the last 2 days, I thought I could do it too but my knowledge is limited any attempt I have made is failing, kindly help. I have tried port 587 and 465.when i check view logs i get 'connection time out' the test email is not sent

How can I cloud register in rocketchat ? I can't do it from my own mail. why? I show this error "An unknown error occured (request id: 53a187f0-4028-45f1-b07b-dafbef22de30).
