This is great. Is there any way to get plans or approximate dimensions for these cabinets? Just to get a grasp of the proportions.

Great series, but I would also like to know how and what you used for the design of your builds.

Love these Build Series videos! Do you have any video of you routing the bench top for your T track?

Brillant and very helpful video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 by the way the modification of Your MFT 3 Seen to be a useful extension for small workshops. Is there a Plan available to rebuild it.

Excellent video series! But why do seperate videos instead of one long one with time stamps? It makes it a little difficult to navigate to the videos in the correct order

Use the playlist
@kyleolson89773 жыл бұрын
@@mururoa7024 This doesn't work. First you have to get to the playlist; but KZbin does a poor job exposing them. For example, right now on the side I happen to see Ep 3 and 5 of the series as the first two next options, a "mix" which happens to list the eps in order 1 3 2 4 6 5, and random other stuff. KZbin (probably) never recommends the playlist. The user has to go to the Playlists page. Right now this playlist is at top, later you will have to search. But here's the kicker. Because of the way KZbin works, the episodes are in reverse order on this playlist. KZbin has a counter-intuitive system which lists new videos first. Most content creators don't know this, and it's a lot of work to fix. Additionally, KZbin does not have a "Reverse Playlist" option. Just "Loop" and "Shuffle". You basically have to build your own playlist to get it to work. KZbin has done a poor job maintaining many features, but the time stamps work and that's a good option.

I’m thinking of getting a dedicated dust collector for Kapex 120. Is CT15 suitable in terms of power and dust suction?

Do you have the drawing/build for the Kapex cabinet? I just bought one and need to build a proper cabinet.

Love your videos. I’m about to build a banquette and would like your comments

From a KZbin perspective, it's better to upload a video like this as one video with timestamps for the parts rather than 6 videos on the same day. With the way subscriptions and the algorithm work (currently) you're likely to get less attention for a pile of videos and users aren't as easily directed to the next video from one in the series. Looking at the way this is posted on the Festool website, I don't see that there's an advantage to multiple videos, either.

Brent, as with all of your build videos, you have superb style, substance, and content here. The only thing I really dislike is the terrible videography caused by the nearly constant, but unnecessary camera motion and splice-y editing. Camera movement for clarity is good technique and is much appreciated, but movement just for movement's sake in an instructional video (unlike a purely entertainment video) has exactly the reverse of the intended result: it's an irritating distraction. Chris Seibert, if this was done by any of your people, you need to have a serious talk with them about how to improve the quality of the filming and editing. On the positive side, some of the POV angles & shots are interesting and innovative -- and kudos for that -- but the fact remains that motion for motion's sake is not only distracting, it's nausea inducing. Also, please drop the annoying music. It adds nothing but yet another distraction, especially when mixed with Brent's otherwise fine narration.
